OUR ENVIRONMENT

Right from the onset, proper environmental management was a key consideration in everything that we set out to do. We strive to not only to adhere to, but to surpass laid down environmental laws whose purpose was to ensure the sustainability of projects such as ours.

The creation of a wetland ecosystem that reclaims water used in greenhouse irrigation, has won international acclaim and our afforestation programme that develops our own forest while also making available, healthy indigenous trees to the community has had great local support.

We have helped raise awareness to the negative effects of environmental degradation and played a major part in creating the need to teach good environmental practices. We believe that Suera Flowers has to play its part in the protection of our environment by setting a good example, and showing that companies can still be profitable by doing the right thing.
